Lloyd Mueller was elected to the Clatsop Community College Board of Education in May of 2023. Lloyd was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and moved to Astoria with his wife and son in 2011 to work at Clatsop Community College. At CCC Lloyd served as Director of Financial Aid for 11 years, retiring in 2022. He has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Printmaking and Drawing from the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design, Milwaukee Wisconsin. Lloyd has been involved in community advocacy and higher education administration in Wisconsin and Oregon for over 35 years. He has served as a consultant for the College Board and Ruffalo Noel Levitz in the establishment of contemporary enrollment management processes.
He has served in various capacities on local, regional and national advisory groups and boards including elected and appointed offices with the Oregon and Wisconsin Associations of Financial Aid Administrators, the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators, the Midwest Assocation of Student Financial Aid Administrators, Great Lakes Higher Education Advisory Board, CHASE Bank Student Loan Advisory Board, and various other entities relating to higher education and student financial aid. He has served a trainer for the U.S. Department of Education. Lloyd has an interest in helping all people obtain educational opportunity through the fair and equitable administration of student financial aid.
Lloyd has an active interest in the fine arts, skiing, cycling, kayaking and all things political.

Ashley is a native of Clatsop County and graduated from Seaside High School in 2003 and went on to obtain her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology with a Spanish minor from Oregon State University in 2007. She graduated from Willamette University College of Law in 2011 with her Juris Doctor. Currently, Ashley is a practicing attorney in Seaside and also has a real estate broker’s license.
Ashley is very involved in the Seaside community through the Park and Recreation Foundation, Seaside Rotary Club, Seaside Chamber of Commerce, and coaches middle school basketball for Seaside Middle School.
Her goal in being part of the Board of Education is to serve a broader role in her community.

Jody Lee Stahancyk was appointed to the CCC Board of Education in September 2021. Jody Stahancyk and her husband John Crawford have owned property in Clatsop County since 1989.
Jody has had a law firm, Stahancyk, Kent and Hook, in Astoria at 552 Commercial Street, for more than twenty years. Jody attended Linfield College graduating in 1970, she then attended University of Oregon School of Law and was admitted to the bar in 1973.
Jody has a long history of volunteerism and philanthropy. Jody is considered a visionary in the world of divorce and family law. Over two decades ago, Jody created a foundation, Child Centered Solutions, to address the issues of the impact of family conflict on children.
Jody joined the CCC Board to serve the local community and to follow in her father’s footsteps, Joe Stahancyk, Chairman of the board of Central Oregon Community College in the 1960’s & ‘70’s. Jody is sought after statewide as a problem solver who comes up with creative solutions in difficult times.

Tim Lyman was elected to the Clatsop Community College Board of Education in May 2019. Tim Lyman is a native Oregonian, and a forty year part time Gearhart resident. He established Gearhart as his home base a few years back, and finally cut all ties with Portland early in 2018.
After twenty years in the IT industry where he developed training and management programs for Fortune 500 companies, Tim started his own consultancy, servicing the same clients. Tired of travel and hotel rooms, he became an Oregon licensed Principal Real Estate Broker. He now focuses primarily on real estate investing.
Tim has authored a number of scholarly and popular articles in publications ranging from Newsweek to the Oregon Family Farmer, and has ghost written for a number notable personages. He is a sought after researcher, working regularly for an Oregon public policy think tank.
Tim is a degreed Historian whose specialty is early twentieth century automobile tourism. He has been known to clear out a cocktail party in minutes when asked to expound on the subject.
