Nova: New Eye on the Universe (2023, 53:42)
Join scientists as they use NASA’s brand new James Webb Space Telescope to peer deep in time to hunt for the first stars and galaxies in our universe, and try to detect the fingerprints of life in the atmospheres of distant worlds.
Bring your lunch (or not) and enjoy a fascinating film in the company of friends. The Dora Badollet Library on CCC’s Lexington Campus will screen each movie twice, Tuesdays at noon and Wednesdays at 1. Each screening is about an hour long and will be held in the Library Lounge. If you prefer to watch the film from the comfort of your home or office, that’s also an option; they’re all in our Films on Demand database—just log in using your email/MyCCC username and password.
