Ales & Ideas: Generations at CCC

Join Clatsop Community College and Fort George Brewery for this month’s Ales & Ideas Lecture on Thursday, November 2nd, 2023 at 7p.m. featuring CCC Foundation Board member Gerry Swenson and her family.

View the history of Clatsop Community College through the eyes of one family’s experiences through the decades. Join CCC and the Swenson family as three generations of family members share their experiences attending Clatsop Community College. Graduates from the 60’s, 80’s, 90’s, and 2020’s will recount how starting at the local community college affected their lives and will share stories of their time as students.

Gerry is a longtime supporter of Clatsop Community College. She started her time at the college as an instructor and adviser and had maintained her activity with CCC as a steadfast member of the CCC Foundation Board.

Doors open at the Lovell Showroom at 6 p.m., with food, ales, and other beverages available; no purchase necessary. Minors are welcome at this FREE event.
