Construction Apprenticeship (Partnership)

Solid foundations for a brighter future!

Take your general education requirements at CCC while you pursue your apprenticeship coursework and on the job training with one of our partner community colleges around the state. CCC provides a structured system of training in construction trades or occupations, leading to certification and journey-level status, for apprentices who are sponsored by individual employers, accepted by a Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee, and registered with the State of Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries. CCC’s partnership with Portland Community College allows for those seeking apprenticeships to stay local. For more information on the partnership visit: https://www.pcc.edu/programs/apprenticeship/aas-construction-trades/

Under the guidance of a journey-level worker on real job sites, apprentices gradually earn more responsibilities as they learn. The more they learn, the more they get paid, and once you complete 4 years and become journey-level wages start at over $60,000 a year.
