Clatsop Community College has three TRIO programs: Talent Search, Upward Bound and Student Support Services. TRIO has been at Clatsop Community College since 1991. Bob Ellsberg and Ed Bohart wrote the first Talent Search and Upward Bound grants for Clatsop Community College.
