Book Launch Party

January 24 @ 12:00 pm 1:00 pm

Clatsop Community College is pleased to announce the book launch party for CCC Writing Instructor Kama O’Connor’s latest work, taking place at 12 p.m. on Wednesday, January 24th at the Clatsop Community College bookstore. The author will read a short excerpt from her new medical romance novel, “Accidentally Dating His Boss.” This upcoming release is the second installment in her acclaimed series, following the success of her debut novel.

Attendees will have the opportunity to visit with the author about what she describes as a “Grey’s Anatomy meets You’ve Got Mail love story” that unfolds within the pages of “Accidentally Dating His Boss.” The novel follows the tale of a surgeon in rivalry with his new medical officer at work, finding solace and connection with an online anonymous crush who, unbeknownst to him, is none other than his boss.

The book launch event will commence at 12 p.m. with the author’s presentation and cake following after. Copies of “Accidentally Dating His Boss” will be available at the launch party along with the first book in the series.

Additionally, Kama will be reading from the novel at the CCC library on February 28th at noon, offering another opportunity for readers to engage with her work. Kama’s books, including the upcoming “Accidentally Dating His Boss,” are published through HarperCollins and HarperCollins UK, featuring the Harlequin romances and Mills and Boon imprints.
