CCC Land Acknowledgement Statement

We recognize the unique and enduring relationship that exists between Native peoples and their traditional territories. We respectfully acknowledge that Astoria and the Lower Columbia River estuary rest on the traditional lands of the Chinook Indian Nation who have cared for these lands and waters since time immemorial, and continue to do so today.
